Mynew Workplace was formed in response to shortcomings experienced by companies utilising labour hire. Having established a successful earthmoving, heavy machinery, drilling, and vegetation management operation north of Perth (Limestone Park), Limestone Park was dealing with labour hire issues directly. Industry experience and a talent for approaching and solving issues from "outside the square" and a "client's perspective" of the labour hire industry was the reason the old labour hire recruitment system was abandoned, and a completely new and innovative concept to source and supply labour was developed. The result was "The Mynew Model".

In order to better address safety, Mynew Workplace has its own OH & S management team who oversee, review and update policies continually in order to be at the forefront of safety. Mynew is also committed to ongoing refresher programs for our personnel.

Mynew regularly undertakes client needs analysis. Regular feedback from our employees is also received. This constant monitoring of personnel and clients ensures that Mynew can quickly provide solutions for any issues that may arise.
